Conductor partnered with start-up company SOJO Industries to assist in their facilities fit-out located in Bristol, PA. Leveraging our knowledge of packaging equipment line installations and relationships with the used equipment market, we were able to assist them in sourcing all of their initial equipment needs to accomplish their production start goals both quickly and cost efficiently, while also performing facilities related upgrades to make their new facility production ready.
Scope Highlights
Conductor helped source all equipment needs including automated case packers, converyoes, tray packers, air compressors, and stretchwrappers.
Conductor performed production line and warehouse layouts working directly with the client to meet their short term and long term needs.
Conductor managed all process equipment installations, and process mechanical and electrical trades. Project partners included Boulter Industrial Contractors, Crosby-Borwnlie, and MMI Electric.
Conductor ciontinued to support SOJO post-project as a consultant for additional equipment and production needs.
